Who we are

NAMG (Not Another Media Group) operates namg.club and the dashboard that supports the podcast, guest bookings, sponsor placements, and the wider NAMG/BRO ecosystem. This policy describes what we collect, why, and how it's handled.

What we collect

  • Guests & applicants: name, email, social handles, topic pitch, and any notes you submit through the booking or guest application forms.
  • Sponsors: contact details and materials submitted for sponsorship inquiries and placements.
  • Dashboard users: email address and account identifiers used for BROfile SSO sign-in, plus role/permission data needed to operate the dashboard.
  • Connected social accounts:when a dashboard user connects a YouTube, Google Calendar, X (Twitter), or Farcaster account for publishing or scheduling, we store OAuth access and refresh tokens (encrypted at rest) and the minimum profile data needed to identify the connected account (e.g. channel name/handle). We request only the OAuth scopes required to publish, schedule, or sync content on your behalf — we do not read your private messages, contacts, or unrelated account data.
  • Automatically: standard server logs (IP address, user agent, request timing) used for security, abuse prevention, and debugging.

What we don't collect

  • Payment card numbers or bank account details (sponsor payments are handled by third-party processors, not us).
  • Wallet private keys or seed phrases.
  • Third-party ad-network tracking cookies. We only set cookies required for sign-in sessions.

How we use it

To operate the service: review and schedule guest applications, coordinate sponsor placements, publish or schedule episodes to connected platforms (YouTube, Google Calendar, X, Farcaster) on behalf of an authorized dashboard user, keep accounts secure, and respond to inquiries. We do not sell personal data or use it for third-party advertising.

What we share

We share data only with the infrastructure and platform providers necessary to run the service — for example Google/YouTube and X APIs (to publish or sync content you've authorized), database and hosting providers, and email delivery services. Each operates under its own privacy policy and receives only the data required for its function.

Data retention

Account and connected-platform data is retained while your account or connection is active. OAuth tokens are deleted when you disconnect an account. You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@namg.club.

Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete personal data we hold about you. Email us and we'll respond within 30 days.

Changes

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date.
